Our Mission Statement

Our Mission Statement: The Lehigh Valley Dressage Association (LVDA) is dedicated to promoting a high standard of the sport of dressage through quality education provided to the interested general public and the membership in the form of clinics, seminars, and dressage shows along with the promotion of outstanding horsemanship and proper equine management. LVDA is a Group Member Organization (GMO) of the United States Dressage Federation.
LVDA was established in the 1970's as a Group Member Organization of the United States Dressage Federation (USDF) and the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF).  LVDA is a non-profit, 501(c) 3,organization that is devoted to promoting dressage in Eastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey. Among its members, LVDA boasts a number of national competitors and highly touted future dressage stars.  LVDA has 100 memberships that represent over 200 people, with a base of 50 volunteers who assist the organization with their event activities.

We sponsor clinics, lectures, schooling shows and a USDF/USEF recognized show every year. These events are geared for riders who want to improve their skills and their horse's abilities.
