With the funds raised through sponsorships, the LVDA Youth Development Program is able to:

• Offer reduced fees for guest clinicians and lecturers
• Cover facility rental fees and insurance costs for youth events
• Provide food and drinks for youth events
• Reimburse youth members for entry fees and/or stall fees at team competitions.
• Purchase supplies to operate the youth program and pay miscellaneous operating expenses
• Grant youth scholarships to participate in activities appropriate to their current level. All LVDA youth members are eligible for these scholarships. 
• Purchase year-end awards for LVDA Youth Members

The LVDA Youth Sponsorship Program has the following sponsorship levels available:
  

Diamond Sponsorship - $350

As a Diamond Sponsor you will receive the following publicity:

• An LVDA Youth organized event will be promoted as being sponsored by your business, including advertising on the event flyer and facebook page.

• A framed photo of one of our LVDA Youth Competition teams to proudly display at your business to show your commitment to supporting the local community.

• A Full Page of advertising space will be provided for your Promotional Ad’s, Business Card and/or Company Flyers (if provided by you) (8 1/2 x 11 Portrait). This space will be available in the LVDA Newsletter "The LVDA CenterLine" (6 issues, issued by-monthly), and in the LVDA/ USDF Recognized Show Program.

• Your Sales Ads, Promotional Flyers, Posters and Banners (if provided by you) will be displayed at all LVDA shows and events as appropriate.

• Your Business Card and/or Logo will be included on LVDA Show & Event flyers on display at various vendor locations, on various pages on the LVDA website and on a banner listing all LVDA Youth sponsors that will be displayed at all shows (must be a sponsor as of 3/15/19 to be included on banner).

• Your business would have vendor space available at the LVDA/USDF Recognized Show. The LVDA /USDF Recognized Show will announce your business as a Diamond Youth Sponsor over the PA system during the show.

• Free advertising space available to post up to 35 sales ads on the LVDA Classifieds webpage and included in LVDA E-News emails to our membership. Contact sponsorship@lvda.org to place your ad.

• Sponsor shout-out twice during the year on the LVDA facebook page.

Platinum Sponsorship - $200

As a Platinum Sponsor you will receive the following publicity:

• A Full Page of advertising space will be provided for your Promotional Ad’s, Business Card and/or Company Flyer’s (if provided by you) (8.5 x 11 Portrait). This space will be available in the LVDA Newsletter "The LVDA CenterLine" (6 issues, issued by-monthly), and in the LVDA/USDF Recognized Show Program.

• Posters and Banners (if provided by you) will be displayed at all LVDA shows and events as appropriate.

• Your Business Card and/or Logo will be included on LVDA Show & Event flyers, on the various pages on the LVDA website and on a banner listing all of the LVDA Youth sponsors displayed at our shows (must be a sponsor as of 3/15/19 to be included on banner).

• Your business would have vendor space available at the LVDA/USDF Recognized Show.

Gold Sponsorship - $150

As a Gold Sponsor you will receive the following publicity:

• A Half (1/2) Page of advertising space will be provided for your Promotional Ad’s (Landscape oriented), Business Card and/or Company Flyers (if provided by you). This space will be available in the LVDA Newsletter "The LVDA CenterLine" (6 issues, issued by-monthly), and in the LVDA/USDF Recognized Show Program.

• Your Posters and Banners (if provided by you) will be displayed at all LVDA shows and events as appropriate.

As a Silver Sponsor you will receive the following publicity:

• A Quarter (1/4) Page of advertising space will be provided for your Promotional Ads (Portrait Oriented), Business Card (if provided by you). This space will be available in the LVDA Newsletter "The LVDA CenterLine" (6 issues, issued by-monthly), and in the LVDA/USDF Recognized Show Program.

As a Bronze Sponsor you will receive the following publicity:

• Your name or business name/card listed as a Bronze Sponsor on our Sponsorship webpage sections and in our newsletter “The LVDA CenterLine”

• Your name or business name/card listed as a Bronze Sponsor on our sponsorship banner (must be a sponsor by 3/15/19 to be included on the banner).

In 2018, the LVDA Youth Development Program had the following accomplishments:

• Increased youth membership from 7 riders in 2017 to 35 members in 2018 with the introduction of the Youth Development Program.

• Offered two clinics with FEI trainer Cheryl Ash and one with Canadian Olympian Samantha St. Jacques at reduced rates for youth members.

• Reimbursed 12 youth members for fees at team competitions. LVDA teams placed 20th & 21st out of more than 40 teams at the Youth Dressage Festival in NY, placed 3rd at the Region 1 Youth Team Competition in NJ, and placed 5th as the only youth team at the Bucks County Horse Park Adult Team competition in PA.

• Provided outstanding year-end awards for youth members.
